Hi all. Kate and I are backstage in Oxford, sitting outside in the sun enjoying the lovely English summertime. We have 2 more shows to go with Silversun Pickups. As usual when you tour with a band you love, it goes too fast. The last two shows are in Oxford and London, and both are sold out.

Birmingham…

Glasgow. Our friends from Brisbane I Heart Hiroshima were playing in town the same night. So we had many beers after our shows. It was nice to catch up with them and their tour manager Mirko. We all toured together about a year ago in Australia.

Brighton was amazing. Watching Silversun Pickups that night will go down as my favourite show of 2009, no question. They were on fire and the crowd were going nuts…
